If it looks like the job is going to take longer, we'll discuss payment using PayPal: you don't need to meet us and have a formal support contract if you only need help from time to time! Just chat to us in the box below.

If you would like to buy support online and by telephone (we'll call you at your convenience) you can pay by the hour at our usual rate of £35 ex. VAT for individuals and £45 ex. VAT for business users. Just pay via PayPal - the transaction is already set up for you.
